We have been at it for over two decades on the blue-ribbon trout waters surrounding Bozeman, driven by our passion to share our love of fly fishing with guests from around the world.

Nick Bacon
Nick Bacon joined Fins and Feathers while attending Montana State University back in 2018 and was an integral part of our Bozeman fly shop until we sold it in 2022. He is now a core member of our Montana fly fishing guide service.

She is a hard-working guide and patient instructor with over a decade of experience, guiding Montana fly fishing trips near Bozeman. Nicole is a core member of the Fins and Feathers, Bozeman fly fishing guide staff.
Tim Peterson
His laid-back approach works well with both novice and experienced anglers. He is a master at teaching and coaching anglers to success during challenging, technical dry fly sessions. Tim is a well-traveled Bozeman fly fishing guide.
Greg Cappis
Greg has been an integral part of the Fins and Feathers team for several years. He joined our Bozeman fly shop crew in 2018, quickly becoming a core member of our Bozeman fly fishing guide staff. His availability is limited to special requests in 2024.

Will Allen
A “sneaky” competitor, Will loves his life as a Montana fishing guide and works hard to find success for his anglers through persistent coaching. Fly fishing the Yellowstone and upper Madison rivers with Will is a highlight for our anglers.
Toby Swank
I founded Fins and Feathers of Bozeman in 2000 as a fly shop and guide service in 2000. My friends at Yellow Dog purchased the fly shop in 2022 and I spent most of the last year just getting used to enjoying a relatively stress-free life.
John Clark
John grew up fishing the dirty rivers of Oklahoma until moving to Colorado where he taught High School English and guided for half a dozen years. He works full-time as a digital content creator for Yellow Dog Fly Fishing and guides for Fins and Feathers in Bozeman
Kaden Kelley
Kaden is a rare Bozeman native and second-generation Montana fishing guide. Spending his life on the waters of Southwest Montana, he is an energetic angler eager to share his passion with novice and skilled anglers alike.

Casey has been guiding anglers fishing trout waters across the western USA for 22 years. He made the move to Bozeman in 2023 to pursue his lifelong dream of guiding Montana fly fishing trips on the world-renowned waters near Bozeman.
