Any modifications to an existing reservation are considered a cancellation, so please review our cancellation policies as they do vary based on group size, angling destination, and lodging provider.

Modifications include date changes, reductions to the number of guides required, or cancellation of reservations.

Due to the nature of our business, advanced bookings assure the availability of our services and we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy.

Payment of the deposit is considered an acknowledgment of our cancellation policy.

Montana weather is variable and can impact fishing conditions or even loss of fishing days. We do not cancel trips due to weather, so please be prepared for a variety of weather conditions which could include rain, hail, snow, lightning, and strong winds. Guests are allowed to cancel trips for any reason, however, we strictly adhere to our cancellation policy as stated.

With over two decades of experience, Fins and Feathers Guide Service highly recommends trip insurance for all parties who are concerned that cancellations may occur.

Travel delays, family emergencies, and unexpected interruptions are unfortunate realities that we all have experienced ourselves.

Again, we recommend travel insurance for all of our guests who have concerns regarding trip interruptions.
