Sage Lodge Montana Fly Fishing Vacation Details
Guests staying at the Sage Lodge should fly into Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport (BZN) and plan to rent a vehicle. Bozeman is about an hour’s drive from the Sage Lodge, having a vehicle will give anglers more flexibility if water conditions on the Yellowstone River suddenly change following a heavy rainstorm (common during the summertime).
Shuttle services are available, and we can assist with recommendations if needed.
Our Montana fishing guides will meet you at the lodge in the mornings and drop you off after fishing on the guided days.

Main Lodge
The Sage Lodge sits atop a bluff at the base of Emigrant Peak in the heart of Paradise Valley, Montana. This 6200 structure is the central piece of the lodge and includes multiple room configurations and dining in the Fireside Room. Relax in the great room overlooking the fishing pond with the Absaroka Mountains as the backdrop.

Lodge Deluxe Window King
The Lodge Deluxe Window King Rooms are on the second floor and boast a lovely window seat, offering scenic views of Emigrant Peak. With 495 square feet of luxuriously appointed space, these rooms feature a free-standing soaking tub and gas fireplace, providing the perfect retreat after a day of adventure. The room includes one king-sized bed, a gas fireplace, a walk-in shower, a free-standing soaking tub, and a sitting area with a queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa.
Lodge Double Queen
Lodge Double Queen Rooms are designed for sharing and offer ample space of 495 square feet along with a private balcony that provides an ideal setting to celebrate your Montana adventure. Each room features two queen beds, a gas fireplace, a walk-in shower, and a free-standing soaking tub to help you unwind and relax.
Lodge Paradise King
Lodge Paradise King rooms are quite expansive, with an area of 630 square feet, making them perfect for entertaining guests. Equipped with a wet bar that has a mini fridge, these rooms also feature a private outdoor space that offers breathtaking views of the majestic mountains. Inside the room, you will find a king-sized bed, a sitting area with a queen pullout sleeper sofa, a gas fireplace, a wet bar, a window seat, and a free-standing soaking tub in addition to a walk-in shower. The room also comes with a double vanity and a private patio that has an outdoor fireplace.
Ranch Houses
Sage Lodge Ranch Houses are incredibly spacious, boasting over 2,783 square feet. Each Ranch House consists of two Ranch House Double King rooms and two Ranch House King Suites. The Ranch House Double King rooms come with two king beds each, while the Ranch House King Suites offer a separate sitting room with a queen pullout sleeper sofa and a bedroom with a king bed, making a total of eight beds available in your expansive Ranch House.
