Bozeman Mt Fly Fishing Outfitter Team Member Alex Swank
Alex was born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, and graduated from Montana State University in 2023 with a degree in psychology. Since graduating, he has found his passion in the sport of fly fishing. He has worked in fly shops since high school, beginning his career in the industry at our original Bozeman fly shop, Fins and Feathers of Bozeman.
After a brief stint with a fly fishing travel company, Alex joined the ranks of our Bozeman fly fishing guide service and now assists with all aspects of the operation.
Alex has spent several years fly fishing the rivers and lakes of Montana. He has traveled extensively, fly fishing throughout the US, Canada, Alaska, Mexico, Belize, Turks and Caicos, Bolivia, Brazil, and Seychelles. Tarpon, peacock bass, and trophy Montana trout are his favorite targets these days.
Travel and fly fishing are two things Alex loves and understands. Integrating that passion into our Bozeman fly fishing guide service is where work becomes play for him.
